Beyond the suite, the pools, beach and restaurants were all quite enjoyable and the staff and entertainers were exceptional. He was able to address the issues while being friendly and professional and provide us with the perfect vacation we were hoping for at the Crane. Tennison worked tirelessly to help us address our concerns and far exceeded our expectations. We brought our concern and a few others to guest relations.
Exactly the opposite of what I wanted to happen on our vacation. While for most this would be a minor inconvenience, in the heat of the summer it caused our family to disappear into the bedrooms instead of using the common areas to gather during the rainy days of our trip.
Some of the Crane’s suites in the private residence buildings have limited air conditioning depending on the preference of the individual owner (meaning the bedrooms are air conditioned but not the common living areas).
